Improve the basic income movement worldwide
In the past, there were a lot of people talking about basic income, but now in my opinion, there are fewer one’s active. How can this happen? Ten years ago, there was a wave of engagement in that matter. Everyone was discussing this issue. But today we see, no government will implement basic income and a lot of people disengage with that topic, because they think, it do not matter enough.
But we should not think in that way. Basic income is absolutely necessary. And the people could realize, that a better place to live, is their own task to create. And their engagement must be more than less.
The point is, how could we be more effective. I think, social networks are very important. But they are crammed with influencer. That means we should more engage with each other and build strong relationships surround our topic, basic income. But be patient. Not everyone who raises his arm to talk about basic income, is a supporter or has the right thoughts on it. If we do not support individual views, we should disconnect from those one’s.
But after all, we could try those methods. What do you think. Should we? We could grow a community worldwide step by step.
What is the content of our never ending involvement for a basic income? First, one makes a comment in the social network about today’s processes in society: poverty, not enough cheap housing, forced labor, income inequality, personal experience, etc. Second, we read this, because it is connected with the keyword #basicincome
Third, we all reply to it, with our practical knowledge too. So this is a growing discussion, with the aim to get to better living places. That could be one way to get forward.
Society development
Talking about work would be a great opportunity to mention the forced labor we have in most countries. But we don’t do it. Why?
Most of us are too shy to talk about the matter, because someone could think the author is lazy or is opposing a healthy society with engaged people. But it’s not wrong to focus on that element in our communities, that treats citizens as slaves. How could this happen?
All goods someone needs to stay alive must be reachable. In ancient times people could gather fruits, grow vegetables, hold animals and take land for that interest. But today no one can take land, because everything is sold. And every river, lake, ocean is in someones control. So most people rely on someone else's money, which they can earn to work for them. Is this great?
If we want better societies, we can support the basic income idea, which will change the situation for the better.
Efficient UBI-Supporter
First, it’s not like to be a fan or follower and two or three are the leaders. It’s more like Ninja Turtles or the Avengers. That means, no grey scale and in the same step walking guys, who get orders from their leaders, but self thinking single individuals, who all can handle difficult, tricky situations on their own, but also are able to connect to others and network if it’s needed.
That kind of person, the UBI-Movement needs in the first place. And that means all single citizens are able to build their own knowledge to handle the different tasks in society their whole life.
If you were part of a supporting crew for a project which promoted the basic income idea, then you should never stop working when the project ends, but continue your support in other kinds of aspects related to that issue.
Social design is a lifelong matter, everyone should be involved in. It’s like all questions related to your apartment or house you occupy. It’s always your matter to design your small world, but also the bigger one. Democracy means, people are creating their own world in their behalf and interest. And if you realize that, you see that it is a lifelong job for you.
Sure, everyone else has the same job, and if the matters are part of public interest, we have to discuss and talk to each other, so we can hear and read different opinions about those issues, but at last it must be your decision, which way you want to go.
And think about it, it is not important what the majority says, but what you think, is the right choice. If the majority says, slavery is the best, you could think, it’s not and so you follow another way of life and your decision goes in another direction. And that’s fine. Not a minority or majority is the group you should choose, but what is in your opinion as a single entity and related to your knowledge the right choice, to design the society for all of us. Sure you should make yourself competent and able to decide those questions, by educating yourself, studying and researching all those aspects which are related to your topics. But at last, you decide and not some kind of leader, which way you want to go and what you want to support.
And that’s the way UBI-Supporters will grow and become able to handle their tasks. But what are the premises we can look at? Human rights for example. No one should be left behind. But how can we implement this idea? No one should lose their dignity. But what does this mean? All those questions are related to the basic income topic and need to be handled seriously.
Is it right, that someone is the slave of a money master? And what other is a labour market, as to sell and buy people. Sure you can say, it’s not buying people but their workforce. Or is this the same?
You cannot buy a part of someone. All parts belong to this one. It’s degrading and shameful to buy a part of someone. But you have to feel it in that way. It’s the same as slavery. If you don’t feel that it is wrong, you cannot see it.
That means, morality is not from the start, part of everyone, so we can feel and realize the same. Some will say, there is no injustice and others will see it.
Because of that, it is so important that we all say and write what opinions we have, so that we can see and read in all of our social network postings, homepages and internet pages what the different people see, feel and think. And then we can connect to each other when we have similar ways to understand and interpret the world.
Marketplace
But to the labour market no one should be forced to offer themselve as a workforce?

Promoting basic income.
First, it’s not enough to be a fan or supporter of the basic income idea. This would be more like a fan of a sports group. And that is not the way to bring this matter in front of the societies interest.
Learning curve
It is necessary to dive deeper in the subject. And this means everyone with interest in the basic income subject should study this aspect of society, let’s call it, the social aspect of society. There are other fields like, healthcare, agriculture, environmental protection, economy and so on. If you would like to become more safe and stable in handling those issues, people must explore and study those subjects, to understand the societal areas which are mostly interconnected.
That means, someone should study alone or within a smaller group of other interested people such aspects of society, to be prepared for the ongoing talks and decisions in these areas. And this would be a behavior for the whole life and not only for a project time, to always try analyzing and discovering the inter-dependencies in our living rooms, state, country, organization, etc.
Have your own position
But today the most significant point is, make decisions by yourself, what is right and what is wrong. Peoples are surrounded by fake news and misleading behavior and meanings and in that circumstances everyone should give the trues a word for the development of society and the direction you support. Everyone should have their own website, to describe the own stance. Everyone should be engaged in the social media and have a voice on Bluesky and so on, for the important issues in society, like basic income.
And don’t let this work lay on the shoulders of some persons alone, which do the best as they can. Not only liking, retweeting and be a follower. Everyone should stay for there own positions and thoughts and should publish those in the public.
Basic Income is a vision. And practitioner often say, who has visions should consult a doctor. But that is half true. Despite we have to look on the reality, we although have to have ideas, how society could go on, in the future. And therefor we should have visions, what could be the next steps to develop our togetherness.

What’s the point with trade unions. Basic income is self-empowerment and is the opposite of having some kind of lawyer to protect employees against employers. Unions are part of the system, but basic income is to overcome the system. So trade unions conceptual are living in today's world. And basic income will go further and develop societies to a better one. Trade Union is an old method to get better conditions for working slaves. And sure they did often do a good job. But now we should move on, in modern times.
